Our extended equipment service agreement is available on your emissions equipment and provides you peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, we are here to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.
Our all inclusive service agreement includes:
- Access to our toll free customer care line for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Online system diagnostics.
- Onsite visits if required.
- Equipment replacements delivered next business day for calls logged before 2:00 pm EST.
- Software updates.
